Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide treatment to individuals, children, families and couples using variety of treatment modalities
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders according to current DSM criteria
- Create treatment plans based on client’s needs
- Maintains clinical documentation using EMR
- Conducts periodic treatment plan reviews in a timely manner
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, participating in quality reviews (determined by operating manager)

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
Current with all state licensing requirements, including LCPC, LCSW-C and LMFT
License/Certification:
Therapists must be fully licensed by a State Board to provide counseling independently and without supervision Maryland license (Required)
