Clinical Supervision in Maryland

Charmaine Nalty, LCSW-C, CEAP, is a Board-approved supervisor with the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners. She provides clinical supervision for social workers and counselors who want to strengthen their clinical skills, meet licensure requirements, and practice with confidence.

With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership and clinical practice, Charmaine brings real-world experience to every supervision session.

For LMSWs

If you’re an LMSW working toward your LCSW-C, we can provide all of the supervised hours you need.

We also supervise LMSWs who aren’t ready to pursue the LCSW-C and want to continue practicing as an LMSW with ongoing clinical supervision.

For LGPCs

If you’re an LGPC working toward your LCPC, we can provide up to 20 hours of your supervised experience.

What Supervision Includes

Supervision is practical and focused on your growth as a clinician. Sessions can include case consultation, treatment planning, ethics and boundaries, documentation, and preparing for independent practice.
